Wessex Water Customer Services Overview
The billing and customer services departments are available from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours there is an automated telephone service where lines are automated and available 24 hours a day for Meter reading, Debit/credit card bill payment and leaflet requests. Emergency cover is available 24 hours a day.
